Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Vacuum General CMLA-21S06 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Veeco products, including obsoleted and phased-out Van-Norman parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Vcon-Falcon product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Veeco such as the 250008688 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 30400032 manufactured by Van-Norman and we are pleased to be able to service most Van-Norman systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature PCA20098REVA by Manufacturer Vcon-Falcon as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Varian Brand 0190142801F in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Veriflo such as HR902W equipment made by Veriflo have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Veriflo products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Veriflo" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available A41353103 made by Valmet as well as the popular M8512071 original spares produced by Valmet

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the IOP336 by Metso-Automation and HR902W spares by Veriflo are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original HMT3601A22BCA1A4BA5A10 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Vaisala.
